Utilization of the hotel by the clients
The clients staying in hotel must:
- Respect all the hotel rules concerning health, security etc.
- Not bring out any electrical device without the written permission of the person working for maintenance.
- Not bring in the hotel any dangerous object.
- Behave properly and leave the hotel at the correct time.
- Not bring privately in the hotel or consume any food or alcoholic drink.
- The person not respecting the abovementioned conditions will be requested to leave the hotel.
Canceling policy, terms and general conditions.
Canceling policies:
The cancellation can be done 4 days before the confirmed date, otherwise the hotel will keep the sum equal to the price of the first night booked by you.
Manner of payment:
- By cash at Adriatic Hotel Durrės Beach or at the Marketing Office in Tirana.
- By Bank Transfer to our bank account:

- By valid credit card Visa Card, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express sending a fax to (+355) 52 60 855, where the client is required to state the names of persons staying in the room, date of arrival, date of leave and the sum drawn by the credit card allowing the hotel to do this for guaranteeing the reservation. This procedure will be considered valid only by a copy of the card from both parties.
